LCDP Happy Dayz

Happy Dayz is a mental health peer support group that creates a safe, friendly environment to come together to chat, gain support, information and sign posting to specialist agencies.

 

We meet weekly at Llanharan Drop in Centre, Thursdays, 1pm to 3pm.

 

We come together taking part in art and craft activities with a Community Artist creating a variety of art work, chatting over a cuppa and aim to offer other activities to suit all group members.
